At Ocean Tailors, we design and sew custom outdoor covers built specifically for your furniture, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, or equipment - not a generic one-size-fits-all cover from a box store shelf.

Every cover is measured, patterned, and made to order in our South Yarmouth workshop, so the fit is exact and the protection is real. That means less time cleaning, tarping, and re-arranging patio furniture every time the forecast turns, and more time actually enjoying your outdoor space.

Materials & Craftsmanship

We work primarily with Sunbrella marine-grade fabrics and heavy-duty vinyl, chosen for their resistance to UV fading, mildew, and salt-air corrosion - the same materials we use for boat canvas and awnings, so you know they're built for New England's coastline. Seams are double-stitched and reinforced at stress points, and we add grommets, tie-downs, or elastic hems where needed to keep covers secured through Cape Cod's wind gusts.

Because every cover is custom-fit rather than mass-produced, we can accommodate irregular shapes, including L-shaped sectionals, built-in outdoor kitchens, curved fire pits, retractable awning frames - that off-the-shelf covers simply don't fit.
