Can't find a cushion in the right size, fabric, or comfort level? Off-the-shelf cushions are built to fit standard furniture, but bay windows, boat seating, vintage trailers, and custom furniture rarely match a standard size. When a pre-made cushion doesn't fit right, isn't the right thickness, or just isn't available in the fabric you want, we build one from scratch to your exact specifications.
Every cushion is custom-patterned, cut, and sewn in our South Yarmouth workroom — not mass-produced. That means the fit, feel, and look are exactly what you asked for, not close enough.
If you are not able to find a pre-made cushion with the SIZE, STYLE, FOAM and FABRIC you need, we can make a custom cushion. If you can find these four things in a pre-made cushion, we recommend you purchase the pre-made cushion as it will be your most economical option.

Consultation: We start with a fabric and foam consultation, either on-site at your home or business, or at our showroom in South Yarmouth, MA. We'll talk through use case, comfort preferences, and budget.

Templates & Measurements: For irregular shapes - bay windows, boat seating, curved furniture - we create custom templates on-site to guarantee an exact fit.

Fabric & Foam Selection: Choose from thousands of designer indoor/outdoor fabrics, including Sunbrella, Perennials, and Kravet, plus your choice of fill and foam density for the comfort level you want.

Fabrication: Every cushion is cut and sewn in our workroom, built to the same standard we use for marine canvas and awnings.

What We Make
Window Seat Cushions
Bay windows and built-in window seats almost never match standard cushion sizes, which makes them a perfect fit for custom work. We typically recommend Sunbrella indoor/outdoor fabrics for window seat cushions — they clean easily, resist fading in direct sun, and hold up to daily use while still looking upholstered and intentional rather than like a slipcover.
Hospitality & Contract Seating
We also work with restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality businesses on reupholstering dining chairs and banquette seating. For these projects we use Contract Vinyl fabrics rated for commercial cleanability and fire-code compliance — built for high-traffic, high-turnover environments where durability matters as much as appearance.
Airstream & Trailer Cushions
Vintage trailers and Airstreams have seating dimensions that don't match any standard cushion size on the market. We custom-template and fabricate cushions to fit the exact contours of your trailer's interior, in a fabric that matches the look you're going for — from classic to modern.
Other Custom & Specialty Cushions
