Installation/Service Technician

Our shop is seeking an individual with mechanical experience/aptitude, attention to detail, is organized, like working outdoors and in a workshop. Part of the Technician responsibilities are Installing & Servicing Awnings, Solar Screens, Pergola Structures, Custom Canvas and Cushion products. It includes drilling into the studs or headers of buildings, lift up to 85lbs. on occasion and assisting in all areas of the business as
needed. Includes but is not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Install and Service products

• Able to use a wide range of hand and power tools, equipment, and climb ladders

• Enjoy working outdoors and being active

• Enjoy a dynamic workday and being busy

• Learn about new products

• Able to propose solutions to challenges

• Maintain the appearance of the work vehicles and shop

• Able to work independently

• Project management and estimating abilities

• Excellent customer service

• Home Contractors License or equivalent experience a big asset

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Pay based upon experience.
